Australian Demonstration Plant – Firebird Metals Limited

Firebird’s Australian Demonstration Plant (ADP) in Osborne Park, Perth, will be the only fully integrated manganese concentrate-to-cathode processing facility outside China, converting manganese concentrate into high-purity manganese sulphate (HPMSM), precursor cathode active material (p-CAM) and finished LMFP and LMR cathode active materials (CAM) within a single facility, using Firebird’s patented and proprietary process technology.

Site & Facility

The ADP is housed in a purpose-fit, ~775 sqm light industrial facility in Osborne Park, ~7 km from the Perth CBD. The site offers three-phase grid power, light industrial zoning and ready access for customer, shareholder and strategic partner visits. The facility is configured as a single integrated process line, from feedstock preparation and hydrometallurgy through crystallisation, p-CAM and CAM production, with on-site QC, analytical lab and product storage.
